Engagement Owner
We are looking for an experienced Engagement Owner to join our team to be part of an exciting opportunity. We are Engagement Management Talent Development, a team dedicated to onboarding new Engagement Management roles including Engagement Owners (EO), providing role-specific education and education to the broader Engagement Management community, and providing experience and support through knowledge leadership to internal business initiatives that further innovation in Health Consulting. This position will be an internal talent development partner to Engagement Owner leaders and staff deploying Oracle Health products across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. We are committed to supporting Federal Health Consulting workforce readiness through training, development, and enablement as a best-in-class partner by providing services as knowledge leaders, community leaders, and training and development partners.
The responsibilities include working with EO management and staff our customer to identify EO population training and performance needs; collaborate and propose solutions to address; create content and maintain it by working with Subject Matter Experts as needed; deliver virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning, such as onboarding; organize and facilitate community activities and events; collaborate with the Methodology team and Health PMO to maintain project and knowledge repositories; and support project management matrixed partners within Health Consulting, Customer Solutions for Industries (CS4I), and broader Oracle to champion organizational imperatives.
Responsibilities
This role will provide subject matter expertise as an Engagement Owner to effectively train, coach, and equip other Engagement Owners by :
Basic Qualifications
5-7 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to role focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and other internal stakeholders.
At least 7 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including at least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties and at least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and / or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.
Expectations :
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
