We have partnered with a nationwide family-owned, Full-service design and construction company. They are leading the way in start-to-finish commercial construction projects in over 40 states.
They recently opened a second headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, and are looking for talented individuals in the MEP space to join their rapidly growing team.
Currently, we are seeing a Mechanical Project Manager to come in on current and new projects to lead total construction efforts with the goal of keeping the project on budget, on schedule, and aligned with the company values.
This Project Manager will oversee the technical and administrative management of projects by clients to the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical scopes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing projects 1 million and above.
- Experience managing large Commercial, Institutional, and / or Federal MEP projects preferred.
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction such as technology, equipment, estimating, scheduling, and safety required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budgets, and includes interfacing with client representatives
- Conduct pre-construction and post-construction
- Complete job cost breakdowns and schedule of values
- Review and approve all projects
- Schedule and coordinate the completion of submittal data, operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with the construction
- Supervise trade employees and / or other subcontractors as required
- Provide technical assistance, i.e., engineering, interpretation of drawings, recommendation of construction methods and equipment, etc.
- Conduct on-site visits / inspections to understand the productivity of trades, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance
- Provide field employees with the necessary support to allow the project to be completed
- Attend weekly project management meetings and provide project status on those items directly related to the job
