Senior Product Director

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Product to lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of its core technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the internal product strategy and roadmap for the core platform

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch and continuous improvement

Coordinate across engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and accountability for deliverables

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or a similar leadership role in healthcare or healthtech

Hands-on experience managing EMRs, integrating external systems, or supporting internal clinical workflow tools

Proven ability to act as a player / coach executing product and project work directly

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize product initiatives

Technical fluency with the ability to participate in architecture discussions and evaluate trade-offs with engineering teams
