Operations Support Manager -Field Services
Our client, a leader in energy solutions supporting power generation, utilities, LNG, data centers, biopharma, and other markets, is seeking an Operations Support Manager -Field Services to join their team. As a Operations Support Manager -Field Services, you will be part of the Field Services department supporting project coordination and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location : Jacksonville, FL
Pay Range : $33-$39
Shift : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm need flexibility
What's the Job?
Coordinate and execute operations support for the Digital Field Services Department and related teams.
Manage startup, commissioning schedules, and warranty issue resolution tracking.
Oversee parts orders, logistics, and planned upgrades to existing facilities.
Support safety and quality documentation in compliance with SOP and regulations.
Assist in project financial tracking, invoicing, and proposal creation for field service activities.
What's Needed?
Experience supporting field-focused construction or project management businesses.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
