Job descriptionDu bist selbst Creator (Fashion / Lifestyle) oder warst es in der Vergangenheit. 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer-Marketing, Social Media oder Community Management. Du kennst TikTok & Instagram sehr gut (Trends, Formate, Creator-Ökosystem). Du hast kreative Ideen und setzt Dinge gerne um. Plus : Bereits bestehendes Netzwerk in der deutschen Creator- / Fashion-Szene. Du hast 10-20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit. Gestaltungsfreiheit : Die Möglichkeit, ivyclip von Anfang an im Creator-Marketing zu prägen. Kreative Brand : Ein stylisches, innovatives Produkt mit echtem USP. Entrepreneurial Spirit : Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern, kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheidungen, viele Learnings. Fair Compensation : Wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt + Bonusmodell. Wir launchen mit einem starken Fokus auf Social Media, Community und Creator-Marketing.
Aufgaben
- Eigenes Creator-Sein : Du lebst selbst die Creator-Welt und produzierst kreativen Content für ivyclip. (ca. 50% der Tätigkeit)
- Strategie entwickeln : Aufbau und Umsetzung unserer Influencer- & Creator-Marketing-Strategie (TikTok, Instagram, ggf. YouTube / Threads).
- Creator-Relations : Aktive Ansprache und Pflege von Fashion- und Lifestyle-Creator Beziehungen (gratis Produkte bzw. paid Kampagnen).
- Content & Kampagnen : Entwicklung von kreativen Kooperationen, die sich nicht wie Ads anfühlen, sondern einfach Sinn machen.
