Job Overview

North Shore Pride is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to assist and support the organization’s continued growth. The Program Manager will be responsible for key fundraising initiatives, community outreach, relationship building and growth. This individual will report to the Vice President while working very closely with specific committees and board members involved with communications and sponsorship / fundraising.

North Shore Pride is an all-volunteer board that fosters and champions unity and well-being within the LGBTQ+ community across the North Shore by advocating for acceptance, equality and inclusion. North Shore Pride engages in activities designed to promote greater understanding of LGBTQ+ issues by engaging in fundraising activities and partnering with allied individuals and organizations.

Responsibilities

COMMUNICATIONS / PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

• Supports the Vice President, Events, and Communications committees with any and all communications via social media, email, and public facing messaging
• Create and maintain effective systems to track scaling progress, and regularly evaluate program components, so as to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the board, funders, and other constituents.
• Provide a monthly evaluation report to VP specific to program management, event planning, and fundraising efforts.
• Provide a monthly evaluation report to the Board of Directors specific to program management, event planning and funding.

Job Types : Part-time, Contract

Pay : $35,000.00 per year
