Responsibilities:
This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI).
- Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems. Provide project management, supervision and direction to ensure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
- Ensure tasks are received, logged, and assigned to the appropriate section personnel for completion.
- Monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and, if necessary, coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity.
- Close out completed tasks in the designated database or system and ensure the customer receives the requested production.
- Have a deep understanding of the following:Agile Service Delivery FrameworkAgile Workflow & Service ExecutionAgile-Trained Personnel & Implementation SupportAgile Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
Required qualifications/skills:
·A minimum of 12 years of experience leading large teams within this field with a master’s degree
-OR-
·A minimum of 17 years of experience leading large teams within this field with a bachelor’s degree
·Must have at least 8 years of experience managing large IT programs.
·Must have an active SaFe Certification.
·Proven experience leading programs using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Agile Release Train (ART) management, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and cross-team coordination.
·Demonstrated ability to implement Agile best practices in government or enterprise environments, including backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder alignment.
·Must have an active TS/SCI with current poly, within the last 5 years.
