Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming support calls and tickets, providing timely and professional technical assistance (Tier 1)
  • Accurately document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user issues, including desktop hardware, software, printing, and email connectivity
  • Perform user account management (adds, changes, and deletions) in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new workstations and peripherals
  • Working with hardware and software vendors to find resolutions to end-user problems
  • Troubleshooting end-user issues via remote-controlled session or onsite visits
  • Setting up and installing network hardware, switches, firewall, and access points
  • Create, operate in, and follow corporate and general technology best practices, procedures, and systems

  • Minimum Requirements :

  • CompTIA A+ Certification minimum, CompTIA Network+ and / or CompTIA Security+ preferred
  • Resident of Lee County, Florida. This is a full-time position in our Fort Myers office
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, Wi-Fi)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Office applications
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving history
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Mobile Device Technologies (Apple iOS and Google Android)
  • Knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems
  • Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 application
