Call Center Representative

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team

Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients

Handle a high volume of inbound / outbound calls and meet performance goals for appointment conversion

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred

Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired

High School diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of call center experience required

Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus
