About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of luxury residential construction projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about high-end homebuilding and committed to delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Support all phases of high-end residential construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
Uphold quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in residential construction or project management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with luxury residential construction standards and practices.
Work Environment :
This role is primarily on-site at active construction locations. Candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and be comfortable with flexible hours to meet project demands. Professional attire appropriate for site visits is required.
Job Type & Location :
This is a permanent position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
