Job Overview :

The Scheduling Assistant II will serve as a central point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring efficient communication and support throughout the job scheduling process. This hybrid role, based at the Lehigh Service Center in Pennsylvania, requires strong organizational and customer service skills to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist schedulers with various tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming customer calls and emails.
• Address customer questions and concerns to the best extent possible.
• Delegate inquiries to the appropriate individual or group if unable to address directly.
• Log customer calls and provide weekly reports.
• Assist schedulers with proactive customer contacts throughout the job scheduling process.
• Provide clear guidance to customers on pre-job requirements, such as inspection due dates, physical work completion, and setting up new meter accounts.
• Schedule customer appointments and issue reminders or confirmations.
• Maintain a log of all communications and report weekly.
• Assist in creating work packets and processing bundled job cards.
• Remove job holds once verified and create IVR appointments.
• Assist in work order closeout and schedule temporary disconnects.
• Investigate property damage claims and schedule work if liability is determined.

Pay Range : $25 - $28 / hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
