What You’ll Do

• Lead back-of-house operations, including prep, execution, quality control, and sanitation.
• Drive culinary creativity through menu development, seasonal specials, and recipe engineering.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members to deliver consistent excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational priorities, kitchen flow, and service standards.
• Support the integration of modern ordering platforms (DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.).
