Must-Have Skills :

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domain.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
