Executive Director – Cardiovascular Services

Location : Batesville, AR 72501

Key Highlights :

Lead and oversee all Cardiovascular Service departments, including Cath Lab, Cardiology Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Drive strategic planning, process improvement, and compliance across all cardiovascular services.

Collaborate closely with physicians, staff, and community stakeholders to enhance patient access, outcomes, and experience.

Champion operational efficiency and financial sustainability through budget management and growth initiatives.

Support professional development and continuing education for clinical teams in a collaborative and high-performance environment.
