Job Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities. Help manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Attend project meetings and ensure clear communication of goals, timelines, and expectations.
Monitor project budgets and assist with cost control measures. Help prepare and review financial reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring work meets company and regulatory standards. Assist with site inspections and safety compliance documentation.
Track project milestones and deadlines using scheduling software. Report on project progress and flag potential delays or issues.
Identify and help resolve project-related challenges in a timely and efficient manner. Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
