Pali Mountain is seeking a Full-Time Electrician to Join Our Team!

Pali Mountain operates as a summer camp, outdoor education facility, and retreat center, serving guests year-round in all weather conditions. We are seeking a skilled full-time Electrician to help maintain and improve our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work and will be responsible for various installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across our site.

Electrician Qualifications :

Knowledge in :

• Residential / commercial 120-208v, 3-phase, and low voltage systems.
• Installation of new construction and retrofit / remodel wiring, grounding, lighting, and outlets.
• Installation of electric motors, pumps, and similar components.
• Installation of electrical panels and breakers.
• Installation of conduit (PVC and EMT) above and below ground where applicable.
• Installation and maintenance of generators and switching equipment.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues using multimeters and industry-standard methods.
• Electrical safety best practices.

Ideal Candidate(s) Have :

Reliable transportation (Pali operates year-round).

Ability to be self-motivated and solution-oriented.

Physical ability to lift 50lbs, walk up three flights of stairs, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, and work outdoors in inclement weather.

Customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong work ethic.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components at Pali Mountain.

Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing devices related to electrical work.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.

Use employer-supplied vehicles to transport supplies and tools as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about ongoing tasks and issues.

May be required to assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.

Salary & Benefits :

Electrician Pay : $25-$28 / hr DOE

Full-Time position.
