Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY. This is a prestigious role at a prestigious institution, offering the opportunity to lead a dynamic dining program that supports an exceptional campus community.

As part of the leadership team, you'll provide direction and supervision for both exempt and non-exempt food service staff, ensuring that operations run smoothly and in alignment with Sodexo's mission, values, and contractual commitments. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service across residential dining operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of daily food operations within the residential dining program.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service that enhances the student dining experience.
• Drive operational excellence to meet and exceed financial, client, and customer goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance and service standards.
• Manage budgets, food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering processes.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Build strong client and customer relationships and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
