Job Title : Oracle Cloud Practice Director w / Public Sector

Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Lead Oracle Cloud ERP to drive and oversee financial transformation initiatives for public sector clients. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, with strong command over fund accounting, encumbrance accounting, and all core ERP modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, delivery, and team development while ensuring alignment with public sector compliance and fiscal management standards.

Required Qualifications :

• 15+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex, multi-module ERP solutions in the public sector.
• Strong expertise in encumbrance accounting, fund accounting, and compliance-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with all major Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, Budgetary Control).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships at the executive level.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
