About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and highly organized Vice President, Corporate Partnerships Activation to oversee the execution of sponsorship programs. The successful candidate will be tasked with building a top-tier activation structure, ensuring the consistent delivery, measurement, and fulfillment of all sponsor obligations. This senior leader will be a key figure in the company, working closely with partnership teams and serving as the internal subject matter expert for sponsorship activation. Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of corporate partnership activation, developing standardized processes, and tools for sponsorship fulfillment, and mentoring local activation teams to ensure excellence in execution. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships Activation role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in partnership activation or brand marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and leading multi-property or multi-market activation strategies, a deep understanding of sponsorship fulfillment, and the ability to build scalable systems and processes. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, as is the willingness to travel regularly.
