The Club at Eaglebrooke is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our turf management team and help maintain and elevate our championship-level course.

Position Summary : The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent works closely with the Superintendent to oversee daily golf course operations, maintenance practices, and staff management. This position is ideal for a turf professional seeking leadership development and hands-on experience with all aspects of golf course agronomy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing daily course maintenance activities.
• Supervise and train grounds crew staff in proper turf care techniques.
• Scout the golf course for turf health, pest issues, and irrigation needs.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf products as directed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of chemical applications and maintenance practices.
• Help manage course setup for daily play, tournaments, and special events.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all course equipment.
• Foster a safe and positive work environment for the team.
