Overview

The Business Systems Analyst ensures consistent, efficient, and effective communication between external customers and the internal Quarterhill project team located in Frisco, Texas. The ideal candidate collaborates with the development and quality assurance teams to support all stages of software development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Management

Maintain requirements documents with accurate versioning throughout the project lifecycle.

Strive to become a Subject Matter Expert in the tolling industry and our system functionality.

Participate in and meticulously document internal and customer kickoff meetings and requirement workshops.
