As Director of Content Marketing, you will lead PHMs content strategy and execution to spark awareness, trust, and adoption of our services. You will focus on employee engagement campaigns while also shaping content for employers, brokers, and consumers. Working closely with an external agency and cross-functional teams, you will bring PHMs value to life through high-quality storytelling that drives measurable enrollment and positions PHM as a thought leader in healthcare. At PHM, content is more than communication its how you inspire trust, drive adoption, and transform health outcomes. As part of our Marketing team, you will shape our voice, amplify our impact, and influence the way we engage with people navigating critical health decisions.

What Youll Accomplish

• Own employee-facing marketing campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement.
• Lead collaboration with an external agency to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative.
• Develop content strategies that position PHM as a trusted thought leader.
• Write and edit compelling content across formats (whitepapers, guides, campaign copy).

Compensation

The target base salary for this position is $140,000$165,000 with a 12% bonus. This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes health / dental / vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO, and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data, and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
