Job description

Looking for a Nurse Practitioner for an Endocrinology privately owned small practice in North Scottsdale.

Job details :

Office is open to see patients Tuesday to Friday.
Full time only.
Candidate should be able to provide patient services to adults in the field of endocrinology only.
Candidate should be able to perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling / education as well as ordering and interpreting test results and sending prescriptions.
Types of patient care : Diabetes, Thyroid, Osteo, Hormones, Abnormal labs, Weight loss.

Education and Licensure :

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam.

Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Arizona.

Must possess a DEA license.

Experience :

At least 1-2 year's of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner preferably in internal medicine, family practice or endocrinology.

Endocrinology Experience a plus.

ECW-EMR experience. We use Eclinical Works (ECW).
