Haigh-Farr is seeking an experienced production engineer with a strong commitment to achieving quality work on scheduled timelines. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to facilitate the flow of product through a production environment while analyzing and improving processes.

Responsibilities :

• The ideal candidate will work within the engineering group for a few months before transitioning to the production floor.
• Facilitate the flow of products through the production process.
• Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process.
• Identify potential technical or manufacturing risks and mitigate issues.
• Lead projects related to the introduction of new products in production.
• Complete the production and manufacturing or products through the use of hand tools, fabrication techniques and on-the-job training.
• Use critical thinking to objectively evaluate information and make informed decision.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in production planning and scheduling.
