A company is looking for a Claims EDI Helpdesk Representative to provide support for electronic claims submissions and EDI-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding EDI claim submissions and processing issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI formats and transactions
Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or healthcare claims processing
Familiarity with EDI formats (e.g., 837, 999, 277CA) and Medicaid claims systems preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk ticketing systems
