ServiceNow BA Lead role1.Collaborate with Customer on Daily basis to share and update Teams activity and discuss any challenges2.Participate in requirement gathering and refinement of stories with customer to review design and provide time estimation3.Manage the team to deliver Enhancements and fixes in timely manner. Handles Incidents, Service Requests and Change tasks4.Peer review the development completed by the team and make sure best practices and standards are maintained5.Responsible to manage CMDB - Discovery and CMDB Health Score6.Handle Mid servers and Service Accounts associated with ServiceNow Integration and Discovery7.Develop and maintain newexisting Integrations with ServiceNow8.Perform Platform upgrades and review skipped records. Manage the overall upgrade process like Backup before cloning, testing and bug fixes10.Manage the bi-weekly release cycle11.Find opportunities to automate and enhance end-user experience
