Responsibilities :
Master Operator : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company, safety, customer, and inspection specifications.
Operate manufacturing equipment with proficiency, with the potential to move to a higher class upon successful training.
- Autonomous Operation : Execute manufacturing tasks independently, with the ability to operate equipment solo, while maintaining collaboration with an Operator 1.
- Versatile Skills : Utilize various tools and equipment, including air-operated hand tools, high-temperature equipment, measuring instruments, hydraulic forming presses, band saws, debur machines, and drill presses.
- Attention to Detail : Execute projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a team or autonomously, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements :
- Technical Proficiency : Possess practical experience with strong technical skills, analytical ability, and a decisive operational focus.
- Results-Oriented : Demonstrate a results-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks with precision.
- Quality Assurance : Assess production quality, make necessary adjustments, and record essential production data.
- Blueprint Proficiency : Competent in product evaluation, reading blueprints, understanding GD T, and verifying dimensions with precision measuring tools.
- Adaptability : Ability to work overtime, alternate shifts, and with close tolerances.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong reading, writing, and math skills.
- Regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
- Exposure to complex materials systems and processes.
- Interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and written processes.
- Must be a U.S. Person / Permanent Resident.
Physical Requirements :
While performing duties, the employee must showcase manual dexterity, effective communication, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift 25 lbs consistently.
