Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,497 per week

A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Monday through Friday assignment
• 13-week assignment length
• Work in 14-bed ICU unit with patient ratios of 2 : 1 or 1 : 1
• Must have Alaska RN license for submission
• Required certifications : RN License, BLS, ACLS
• Experience with EPIC EMR system required
• Must be able to independently manage intubated patients and titrate pressors
• Preferred : 1 year experience recovering open heart surgeries less than 12 hours post-op
• Work with Alaris IV pumps and other ICU equipment
• Perform typical ICU procedures including intubation, arterial line insertion, chest tube insertion, and central line insertion
• May float to other departments per union contract when unit is overstaffed (MOU, CVSU, Ortho, Rehab, or SPCU)
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Work alongside 8 RNs per shift with 1 charge RN plus 7-8 staff RNs Facility : This medical center operates a comprehensive 14-bed intensive care unit providing critical care services to patients requiring complex medical interventions.
