We’re hiring our first in-house marketer to build, engage, and grow the HouseWhisper audience across social, email, webinars, and in-person events. You’ll be the connective tissue between our brand, our CEO / co-founder’s public presence, and our most passionate users—building brand affinity and turning fans into advocates. You’ll also champion AI-powered marketing across the team and keep us ahead of the curve on social media trends. You will work alongside agency and contract partners to execute on our omnichannel marketing strategy while collaborating internally with the sales and product teams.

You’ll also champion AI-powered marketing across the team and keep us ahead of the curve on social media trends. You will work alongside agency and contract partners to execute on our omnichannel marketing strategy while collaborating internally with the sales and product teams.
What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day social media for both the HouseWhisper brand and our CEO / Co-Founder
Plan and publish content, manage editorial calendars, draft copy, and coordinate assets
Engage daily (comments, DMs, mentions), jump on timely trends, and track performance
Stay on top of social marketing trends & methods
Monitor platform updates, formats, and best practices; test new ideas (short-form video, creator collabs, UGC, live, communities) and roll out what works
Champion AI in marketing
Use AI in your daily workflow (ideation, copy drafts, repurposing, image / video assists, A / B test ideas, reporting)
Implement tools, set guardrails for brand quality, and set up new workflows
Launch, manage and facilitate a user community
Work with our agency partner on a launch strategy for a user community, then execute its roll-out and ongoing management
Approve members, seed conversations, moderate discussions, host AMAs / polls, and surface insights back to product and marketing teams
Cultivate “super fans” & build community programs
Identify HouseWhisper champions, manage communications and asset libraries, coordinate testimonials / case studies, and pilot ambassador / referral initiatives
Support the launch of a referral program
Run webinars end-to-end
Collaborate with Sales team and agency partners to identify topics
Own schedules, speaker prep, registration, dry-runs, live facilitation, and post-event follow-up / nurture
Publish email newsletters
Support regular email marketing efforts by curating content and drafting newsletters; assist with assembly and QA, and report results
Lead event marketing & sales support
Pre-event campaigns, booth / field logistics, collateral, lead capture, and post-event reporting + nurture in lockstep with Sales
Manage marketing materials & sales enablement
Maintain a clean, up-to-date library of one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, and testimonials
Leverage design tools such as Canva for production, with a sharp design eye; coordinate light video / social cutdowns as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit
3–5 years in community, social media, lifecycle, or event marketing at a start-up or high-growth company
Social media wizard - Extremely proficient in social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Instagram / Meta, and TikTok
Proficient with AI tools for marketing — you know when and how to use them, and how to maintain brand quality and accuracy.
Design-forward marketer — strong visual taste.
Autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity — you take an idea and run with it, then bring back results and recommendations.
Highly adaptable & flexible — you’re comfortable context-switching and jumping in with two feet.
Exceptionally organized — calendars, checklists, and follow-through are your superpowers.
Clear, concise communicator — excellent copywriting and editing across short- and long-form
Broad digital marketing experience — familiarity with and experience using webinar and email marketing tools.
Collaborative — experienced partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, CS)

Working at HouseWhisper
This is an in-person, Seattle-based role. The expectation is that you’ll be in our Pioneer Square office most days, with occasional travel days for events.
