We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Director, Field Technology Solutions & Enablement to be in Titusville, NJ OR Horsham, PA.
The Associate Director, Field Technology Solutions & Enablement serves as the bridge between our field organization and the DICE team, JJT and vendor ecosystem as required; translating field needs into clear business requirements and ensuring solutions are designed and adopted with the end-user in mind. This individual will represent the voice of the field in shaping and validating technology solutions, ensuring that platforms and tools enhance field effectiveness, customer engagement, and business impact. The role emphasizes enablement and adoptionowning how solutions are operationalized in real-world field workflowswhile maintaining close collaboration with Digital Product, IT, and supplier partners. With a focus on delivering measurable value to the field, this leader ensures that enterprise investments translate into seamless, impactful solutions that empower the field to better serve healthcare professionals and patients. The role emphasizes enablement, adoption and change managementowning how solutions are operationalized in real-world field workflowswhile maintaining close collaboration with all stakeholders.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with partners across PECS, technology, marketing, sales, procurement, healthcare compliance, privacy, and legal.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $120,000 - $207,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
