What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including appropriate emergency response activities when needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify any unusual activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas within the location to help support a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, activities, and observations during patrols as required by Allied Universal and the site. Communicate and collaborate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address questions, provide information, and support security-related needs. Remain alert and attentive during assigned shifts to help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities within the location. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
