What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in an educational environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout campus buildings and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and / or restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with site instructions.

Document observations and report any security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations, medical emergencies, or other critical events.

Communicate professionally with campus personnel and the public, providing information and assistance as requested.

Follow all company and location-specific policies and procedures while representing Allied Universal at the site.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
