What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site contacts as needed to address site needs.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with company and site guidelines.

Support site access procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
