Full-Time | 1st Shift – 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM, Monday-Friday (On-Call Rotation Required)

Location – Hartford City, Indiana

Aegis Worldwide is seeking an Electrician to join a manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within a fast-paced, industrial environment. The Electrician will work with voltages up to and beyond 480V, ensure system reliability, and support production by minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and circuits

Work with schematics, meters, meggers, power analyzers, and other test equipment

Install and service motors, starters, breakers, transformers, and electrical panels

Troubleshoot and edit PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)

Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on equipment

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on projects and new equipment installation

Assist with mechanical tasks as needed to support production uptime

Maintain compliance with safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Participate in rotating on-call schedule and support after-hours needs

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial electrician experience required (manufacturing background only)

Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and 3-phase motors

Experience working with voltages up to and beyond 480V

Ability to troubleshoot and edit PLCs

Skilled in reading schematics and working with test equipment

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and accountability

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled, true industrial environment

Willingness to work overtime and rotating on-call schedule
