Our company is a top-tier provider of wood-based components, specializing in apartment complexes and seniors' residences. We are currently seeking a skilled Wood Framing Systems Engineer to join our team in Markle, IN.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand design requirements for each project.
• Use specialized software and tools to create efficient and structurally sound wood truss designs.
• Analyze load calculations and assess the structural integrity of wood truss systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to provide support and guidance during the fabrication and assembly of wood trusses.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and address any design or engineering challenges.
• Evaluate and resolve any issues or concerns related to wood truss design and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in wood truss engineering.
