Job description

Optometrist - Strong Income Potential + Amazing Benefits - Las Vegas, NV :

  • We are looking for a Full Time Optometrist to join an established practice in Las Vegas, Nevada!

DETAILS :

  • Very high-quality, professional work environment.
  • Well-trained techs & opticians.
  • 5 day work week.
  • 2 consecutive days off every week.
  • Full Scope Optometry.
  • 30-40% Medical Management, Vision Therapy, Sports Vision Therapy, Primary Eye Care exams.
  • Average 18-20 encounters per day (No more than 24 encounters per day).

    • COMPENSATION + BENEFITS :

  • W2.
  • Base Salary + very aggressive Incentives.
  • Year 1 Potential = $160,000-$182,000.
  • Potential for Partnership.
  • $1,500 for Relocation Assistance.
  • 401k.
  • Medical (PPO) & Dental Insurance.
  • Aflac Supplementary Insurance.
  • Disability Insurance is available.
  • 2 weeks PTO.
