Pay Rate : $35,000-$42,000 Annually, Plus Hourly Base Incentives

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and fast-paced manager to oversee operations at our new Subway Drive-Thru location in Smyrna, GA. This role requires a self-driven leader who can handle the demands of a busy drive-thru environment, ensure efficient service, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt, friendly, and accurate service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and drive-thru areas
  • Ensure compliance with Subway's operational policies and food safety standards
  • Handle inventory management, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
  • Drive team performance to meet sales and efficiency targets
  • Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in a drive-thru setting
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

    Prerequisites :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

    • Essential Functions :

  • Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
  • Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
