As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.Document all activities, observations, and incidents as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.Customer service experience is preferred.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
