A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with C-Level leaders and business counterparts to ensure strategic alignment and effective sales management
Lead business reviews and coordinate with various teams to drive outcomes that meet client needs
Educate clients on industry insights and best practices, and create Scope of Work documents in collaboration with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of sales or account management experience in healthcare or technology services
Strong relationship management skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders
Effective presentation skills, particularly in a sales context
Ability to manage complex situations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
