Job descriptionAccurately prepare, label, and package prescription medications. Refill automated dispensing systems and maintain stock levels. Handle medication orders with attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispensing area. Follow all pharmacy laws, HIPAA standards, and company procedures. Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and manage medication expiration dates. Support documentation and record-keeping processes. Active Indiana or National Pharmacy Technician License (mandatory) High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred Comfortable lifting 20–30 lbs. and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Good math, reading, and communication skills
