This role is the strategic architect for our client's entire manufacturing footprint. You will define the future of the enterprise, with direct Board-level visibility and impact on multi-million dollar capital investments.

You will be a pivotal member of the Central Operations – Operational Excellence team, reporting to the VP, Operational Excellence. The culture is data-driven and highly collaborative. You will operate as a cross-functional leader and internal consultant, guiding virtual teams across Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Tools & Travel
Comfortable utilizing Capacity Modeling, Financial Modeling (ROI / NPV), and Geospatial Analysis tools. This is a hybrid role requiring significant travel for site evaluations, market studies, and executive engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Footprint Strategy : Develop the long-range manufacturing strategy and translate business priorities into specific footprint, capacity, and capability requirements.Investment & Analysis : Lead detailed market / site studies and architect robust business cases for major capital expenditures, greenfield, and expansion projects.M&A : Support due diligence and lead the post-acquisition alignment of manufacturing assets into the enterprise strategy.Technology : Identify and champion advanced manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance competitiveness.Experience
10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing strategy, operations, or footprint optimization at the enterprise level.Proven track record in capacity planning, site selection, and successfully presenting investment proposals to Boards / Executive Committees.Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or Operations; MBA preferred.Exposure to M&A integration or private equity environments is a plus.Skills
