Essential Functions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, materials planning, or inventory management. Supervisory experience in shipping and receiving operations. In-depth knowledge of MRP and ERP systems Costpoint experience a plus.
Preferred Additional Skills
Knowledge of the SIOP process. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership and influence across multiple levels and teams. Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a plus. Experience with Government Packing requirements (MIL-STD-2073)
