Job Title : Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

Location : Windsor El Camino Care Center, CA

Shift : Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Position Summary :

The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) will oversee and manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation department at Windsor El Camino Care Center. This leadership role is responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary therapy team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered therapy services. The DOR serves as a key member of the facility's leadership team and plays an integral role in the success of clinical outcomes and staff development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide overall leadership and supervision for the physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams.
• Ensure therapy services are delivered in accordance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.
• Oversee departmental scheduling, productivity, staffing, and workflow management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely billing and reimbursement practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment through coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements, including PDPM guidelines.
• Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives and audits.
