Engineering Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Coordinator to support our North America Supply Chain organization.

Responsibilities

Support sourcing activities, including RFQ / RFI preparation and analysis.

Gather drawings and technical requirements for RFQs.

Schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering as needed.

Submit first article inspection requests through internal applications and follow up until completion.

Update internal RFQ tracking systems.

Load supplier pricing into the ERP system.

Follow up with awarded suppliers for timely implementation.

Work with other functional departments for cadence reporting.

Essential Skills

Design and mechanical knowledge.

Experience in supply chain and engineering coordination.

Ability to read engineering drawings and work with drawing databases.

Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with JDE applications and processes.

Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
