Key Responsibilities
Prepare Contract Strategy Documents with project management support
Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including evaluations and negotiations
Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals to ensure project compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in construction procurement and contract administration
Strong understanding of contract requirements and RFP / RFI processes
Proficiency in managing negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related technical field
