What You’ll Do
- Content Creation : Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
- Posting & Growth : Manage daily posting schedule across all platforms, tailoring content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Creative Strategy : Identify trends, craft hooks, and deliver thumb-stopping videos and graphics that align with our luxury, lifestyle, and real estate brand identity.
- Community Management : Engage with comments, DMs, and collabs to expand brand reach.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track growth, engagement, and lead generation — and optimize accordingly.
- Brand Scaling : Help us go from an already respected luxury team to a household-name real estate media brand.
Who You Are
A proven brand builder — you’ve grown an account to 100K+ followers on at least one platform.A video wizard — fluent in editing tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Canva.A trend-spotter & storyteller — you know what’s viral today and how to tell authentic stories.Strategic — you think beyond posts and design long-term brand growth campaigns.Passionate about real estate, luxury lifestyle, and digital media.Bonus Points If You
Have worked with influencers, creators, or real estate teams.Have experience with YouTube strategy & SEO (titles, thumbnails, retention analytics).Are comfortable occasionally appearing on camera.Compensation
