About the Role :
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a client-centric approach. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Draft and format project documents, including proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations.
Manage project tasks, deadlines, and resources within project management systems such as Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live, and other internal tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, consultants, inspectors, marketing) to ensure project deliverables are met.
Project Coordinators may assist with overflow work during periods of high demand.
