Mildec Planner

This is a full-time position supporting joint Information planning efforts at a Combatant Command headquarters as part of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). This position is contingent upon contract award. Security Requirement : TS / SCI or TS w / SCI Eligibility.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develops and integrates deception objectives, narratives, and supporting CONOPs that align with the commander's intent and the broader OIE campaign.
• Analyzes enemy decision processes (e.g., OODA loop) and intelligence collection systems to identify exploitable vulnerabilities.
• Crafts believable, sensor-verifiable deception narratives supported by operations and activities.
• Provides Integration with Information Forces 'IRCs' : Coordinate deception effects with OPSEC, MISO, Cyber, and EW.
• Ensures all deception plans are synchronized with real operations, with coordination across OPSEC and Intel (J2).
• Monitors adversary behavior via intelligence capabilities, evaluate success using MOP / MOE, and refine plans accordingly.
• Provides direct liaison and integration with CCMD staff, subordinate units, and JIIM partners, ensuring all deception operations support overarching strategic mission sets
