Senior Product Manager

Introduction to the Team

Expedia Group is searching for a high-impact Senior Product Manager to help reinvent global travel by developing learning experiences and rapidly accelerating growth across our marketing channels. In this critical, high‑visibility role, you will design and launch solutions to optimize funnel performance and conversion rates, particularly on our marketing landing pages. You’ll drive impact by owning the strategic roadmap, execution, and continual optimization of customer journeys—all while navigating a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.

You’ll be expected to demonstrate deep product management fundamentals, master complex stakeholder relationships (with emphasis on Marketing, Technology, Product, Legal and Design partners), and translate data into clear product direction. Your work will directly shape our customers’ experience while driving measurable growth across Expedia Group’s ecosystem.

You will leverage advanced experimentation methodologies, analytics platforms, and A/B testing frameworks, along with a strong fluency in emerging AI models and tools, to inform product direction and improve decision making. You’ll also drive cross‑functional alignment, influence senior leadership, and champion scalable solutions that help Expedia Group stay ahead in the travel industry.

In This Role You Will

  • Define strategic roadmap and execution for learning experiences that drive engagement and conversion on marketing channel landing pages.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Design teams to improve customer journeys, optimize funnels, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Define metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate product impact and ensure data‑driven prioritization.
  • Develop product requirements based on quantitative data (user research, analytics) and qualitative stakeholder insights.
  • Leverage AI/ML toolkits and data models to personalize experiences and propose innovative growth solutions.
  • Drive communication and reporting to senior stakeholders, surfacing opportunities and results in a compelling way.
  • Manage product rollouts and iterations, ensuring post‑launch learnings continuously shape roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated expertise building and optimizing digital consumer experiences.
  • Proven success in funnel optimization, landing page conversion, or similar e-commerce growth initiatives.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across Marketing, Product, Tech, and Design.
  • Strong analytics acumen: comfortable with data analysis, experimentation frameworks, and defining success metrics.
  • Demonstrable ability to synthesize complex information, influence without authority, and drive cross‑functional execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, travel, or high‑scale digital marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a track record leveraging these for improved decision making or personalization.
  • Experience in high‑growth environments and/or rapid organizational change.
  • Previous experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
