As experts in protecting what matters most to businesses and individuals, we're looking to bring on our next Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our Employee Benefits department and deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base. This role mainly works with 50-99 client groups and some large.

Our Employee Benefits Account Manager will partner with our sales team to facilitate day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs, helping the world prepare for the unexpected.

This role is hybrid, Monday / Friday remote days! Our beautiful office in Creve Coeur / St. Louis even includes a free gym and personal trainer sessions! What You'll Do

Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.

Support in enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards.

Leverage technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Review quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier.
